Tasty food :)

For any book that includes recipes, taste is always an important factor to me. The recipes in this book do pass the taste test! Another important factor is this: are there vegetarian and vegan recipes here? If not, can the included recipes be modified easily to be plant-based? For many of the recipes here, the answer is yes, you can veg them up.

For example, the Carrot and Banana Muffins already are dairy-free and utilize plant-based ingredients including coconut oil, pitted dates and almond flour. The eggs in this recipe can be replaced with any commonly used egg replacement (like pumpkin or pureed prunes). Likewise for the Berry Zucchini Muffins.

Another example is the Taco Salad. Everything is plant-based except for the ground beef; simply replace this ingredient with your favorite meatless crumbles.

Its very good cookbook, nice recipes & healthy food

I'm reading a lot of books about healthy food and for nice recipes as well and I'm getting lots of benefits using those recipes. I like this book as well and its content based on such a nice and on valuable contents as well. I found some delicious recipes from this book, I haven't tried yet any of its recipes but I'm pretty sure that it would be good as I can see good reviews of the customers on this book. This book's specialty is, it is providing nice cooking recipes and also which is good for health as well so its 2 in one can say and that's the thing which I think we all need in 21st century as everything is now artificial even in foods as well so this book is an good innovation in cooking matters and I liked it so much.
