The Kindle version is Defective

I am updating this review. I repurchased this on Oct 31 and still only can download the cover page. Repeat THIS IS NOT FIXED YET. I had the exact same problem. Purchased the book and only the cover page was downloaded to my Kindle. I returned it for a refund. I hope they fix the problem because I really want to finish this series.

Given that I only have the cover to go on. I haven't yet got all 32 pages of #3 to turn up in a single download so one has to suspect that there is something a bit incoherent going on at the supply end.

Still can't download after 2 days. Support is useless. Spent an hour on the phone before they would check the comments and see it wasn't my KIndle. I deregistered and registered twice to make them happy before they would. Apparently Amazon is big enough the service decay has started,
Despite Amazon's claim on 10-31, it's still downloading one page.
