Excellently narrated. Better drill illustrations needed

Currently as a fairly inexperienced football (soccer) coach with a fair amount of past playing experience, I wanted to find some up-to-date resources to help me coach my 13th grade boy's soccer team. Formation training seems to be what the coaches and teams are really focussing on more and more these days (so it seems to me anyway), so the subject matter grabbed my immediate attention for this purpose.
I found the reading experience enjoyable and informative. The background history of this formation I found interesting and the way the objectives of the formation in attack and defence were outlined were well explained too.
What disappointed me however were the example training drill pictures. With some excellent soccer graphics packages on the market today equipped with features that really bring training plans to life, I thought that the pictures in the book lacked detail and explanation. I'm sure a seasoned coach would have seen and played these drills many times over and therefore not needed the shirts to be numbered or a few more arrows here and there, but I don't think it's the seasoned coach that this book was intended for.
Also what would have been nice would be advice on how one could implement this formation at the various age and ability levels and what about including a sample season training programme to support the various attaching and defensive drills? I thinks these 2 points would have finished off the book nicely.
That said, I did enjoy this book and would happily recommend it.
