At first I’m wondering what is this 5:2 diet? I was very intrigue and want to know about this diet method. And so I bought this book out of curiosity and while reading the book, I learned a lot of useful and helpful information. I got to understand the purpose and objective diet method. 5:2 diet is a good way to lose weight and maintain a lean body. And aside from learning this method of diet, there are healthy and delicious recipes provided and the method of preparing them are easy and so helpful to have a easy diet days. And the advice's on how to stay put with the diet, I found them very practical and should be practice every day not only because you are practicing or observing the diet.

Excited to try the 5:2 diet.

My wife and I have been wanting to try and lose some weight together. We've tried traditional diets in the past but we're never able to stick to them. The 5:2 diet is not like any other diet. Each week, you only diet for two days. The other five days you can eat whatever you would like. During the diet days, you are to consume 500 calories for woman, and 600 calories for me. This book is full of great information about the 5:2 diet, how it works, and how it will benefit you. It also has some great recipes for your dieting days. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to try and alternative form of dieting.

Great diet book

I've tried several diets before but the 5:2 diet is different it teaches you that starving yourself wont help it is about consuming the right foods at the right amounts. It has a great meal plan to follow and some great recipes that are easy to follow. I cant wait to try it to see if it makes a real difference. Is well worth reading if you have tried all the conventional diets and found it either too hard or that it doesn't work.
